A scalable framework that empowered local Tesla teams to run high-quality brand activation, —freeing up central resources and unlocking community-driven growth across Europe.

    • Enabled 40+ local activations across 7 stores in just 6 months

    • Significantly reduced HQ dependency for regional events and campaign support

    • Program scaled across EMEA and adopted as a global best-practice framework

  • Tesla’s retail stores had strong local visibility and customer relationships, but limited access to marketing resources. HQ teams were stretched thin supporting day-to-day requests, and localized initiatives were inconsistent or underpowered. We needed a way to decentralize execution while maintaining brand integrity and strategic alignment.

  • I created the Marketing Champions Program to solve this. Each participating store nominated a team member as their local “Champion,” responsible for executing activations using standardized tools, templates, and training. I developed the full framework, including campaign guides, creative toolkits, and an onboarding process, so stores could launch initiatives independently while staying on-brand. This gave stores ownership and agility, while freeing up HQ capacity.

    • Built a centralized framework for local activations, including editable templates, visual guidelines, and campaign how-to’s

    • Appointed and coached Marketing Champions across 7+ stores, with regular syncs and performance check-ins

    • Created onboarding decks and rollout kits to expand the program across Europe

    • Collaborated with retail, brand, and legal teams to ensure local activations met Tesla’s standards

    • Set up reporting loops and knowledge-sharing channels to scale learnings across regions

  • Sometimes, the best way to scale impact isn’t by doing more, it’s by enabling others. This project taught me how to create systems that empower teams without sacrificing quality. With the right tools, clear guidance, and trust, local teams can deliver powerful results, on their own terms.
